One of the things I have been thinking about a lot lately is the amout of control that God chooses to take in our lives. There is such a delicate balance between free will and a pre-determined destiny. But as far as that debate goes, I do believe in our free will as human beings, but I also think that the discussion and concept is so much more than we can even understand, that I "let it go" for the most part.
My recent thoughts are more along the lines of completely trusting God to give us "life to its fullest" when we choose to follow Him. While thinking about this, I felt that God put on my heart two things: 1. Contenment with the present, and 2. If God can conquer death, He can definitely conquer life.
I know that at times we all go through our battles, whether they are health issues, financial troubles, etc...God promises to give us life to its fullest, however He best sees fit for us. The problem is that we think we know when and how we want things, and it's at that point where peace leaves us. God gives peace and life in Him. We don't need to worry about the rest. He conquered death for all mankind. He can definitely give us life!
